How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
Email support@un-ai-text.com within seven days of your first charge. Under our 7-day money-back guarantee, the payment is refunded in full, no questionnaire. It applies to first-time subscriptions on any cycle, including annual. Weekly subscriptions are refundable while no Runs have been used.
Can I cancel without contacting anyone?
Yes. Cancellation is a single control in account settings and takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep Pro until the day you have already paid for. No retention flow, no exit survey. You can also switch cadence in the same place rather than starting a second subscription.
Does the Team plan share a word allowance?
